I'd say pistol squat but nobody can fukking do those. but these will put a hurtin on your legs in just a few reps. u can add weight if u must but u prob won't need to for a while.

I still say pistol squat is the shyt. I'm almost there with those. I'm still bouncing off a chair/mat to do em tho :[

Dragon Walk for me is the best. I also like Hindu Squats, just to crank out reps.

You should try it. It kinda makes centering weight on your foot easier and the added weight helps me get down more. Not as hard as you think. You could at least do a partial one

split jump squats and jump squats. them shyts made my legs feel like jello during football practice :ohlawd:
especially if we had to start over cuz ppl werent jumpin high enough :ufdup:
