I used to buy NOW Foods because it says that it is Soy, Gluten, Dairy, Corn, etc.-free

Now I am looking for a new multivitamin that will be considered natural and give me less issues.

I am only allergic to shellfish (none of the other stuff)

I saw at Whole Foods the following 2:

Mega Food Men's One Daily

New Chapter: Every Man MultiVitamin

Are any of these good, or maybe Solgar or something else?

What do you recommend and why?

Thanks El Caballero

I didn't find any stores selling this within 50 miles of me, but I guess I can buy it online.

I didn't see anywhere where it said if the pills are free of gluten, soy, dairy, etc. I'll have to call and ask.

These are probably mad expensive though. You take these?

Maybe I'll just go to the local health food store and see if they started carrying the NOW brand again

If you want the best "natural" vitamins you'd be better off making a good fruit and veggie smoothie(s) and maintaining a balanced diet.

shyt in pill form is good if you aren't getting it normally through diet but if you have the ability to get your vitamins and minerals through diet then your much better off
