The classic IC is one that has a chance to win it all. It's one of my all time favorites.

Sabu told on a shoot interview the night he won the title he pissed over it 'cause he knew he had no value.
I've always felt that the old NWA belt looked like it was designed for a title beneath its station. Instead of looking like a world title it looked like a secondary belt.
I understand its place in wrestling lore and admittedly the shyt looks dope in the Nick Aldis pic... but the NWA World Heavyweight Championship does not belong in the same stratosphere as the WWF Classic Intercontinental Championship.

I've never understood why people go crazy over the IC Belt. It looks nice, sure, but it never blew me away in any respect. Then again, I grew up a WCW kid and thought that every 90s WCW singles belt looked better than the classic IC strap (still do, honestly).
The 10 Pounds of Gold looks like a belt you FIGHT for and, despite how small it is, it still looks like THE prestigious classic wrestling championship. The use of black and gold throughout the design, the flags and their plates...it's a great belt. It gets my vote.

I’m the second. I always got love for the OG IC title. I dig the look, the history behind it, how it really was a very important and valuable title in the past.
But I do appreciate that NWA belt. Always liked how the “globe” in the middle is raised up. The different countries represented on there. I agree, just looks like a belt you’d want to fight for.
