I’m trying to find good protein powder.

I’m super allergic to whey and my face, mouth, and throat get all swollen asf when I try to drink it.

I tried to mess around with some cheap vegan powders before but I heard they have crazy amounts of heavy metals in em.

Any good alternatives?

Eat actual foods.

Excessive protein for either hypertrophy (usually the primary motivation) or muscle recovery, inflammation recovery is a fallacy.

Egg whites is a good idea.

Milk Kefir milk/yoghurt is predominantly lactose free (the culture forms from converting lactose). Cycle every 36 hrs, that's all the extra protein you require if you're using it for after training etc.
