I use some of the cable-fly machines (row/lat) for glute-ham raises. Basically anything with the pads on top of your knees. Turn around and put your calves under the pads...use a swiss/exercise ball if needed to brace yourself on the way down.

Ive been thinking about doing that, I dont wanna fukk around, slip and tear my damn hamstring tho :damn:
