Best excersies I can do with just bareball and plates

I know I could google this but I rather get it from yall. Coli knowledge >>> google.

Of course I know I can bench press but whatever workouts can I do with just the barebell and/or just the plates.

Trying to get my weight up for the summer. Tired of being skinny. I feel its unhealthy looking :yeshrug:

Hopefully you have a rack....shyt will get ugly real quick the heavier you go for some of these.

I feel you. By the time I start lifting heavier i'll just join the gym. Can't really go to the gym now I got alot of shyt going on and the gym out here like the fukking club. Mad Annoying.

Also you can do zercher squats and use to the edge of your bench press and chair or 2 chairs as a rack.

How many plates do you have? How heavy?

Also skinny brehs can benefit from a routine like this imo. It helped me.

that's all you need. Just remember heavy weight and low reps is the key to getting big. If you can do more than 6 reps then you need to add more weight.
Squats
Deadlifts
Powercleans
and
Overhead press are all you really need to do....

also invest in a $25 pull up bar....

Nothing like being at the gym in a smaller town...I been out to the gyms in the inner city after work hours. It's the worst of you lack knowledge and are not self confident
