Predator was so damn over the top in it characterizations. shyt was the definition of macho 80's shyt. The No Nonsense Southerner, The Indian Guy etc...Not realistic BUT great. I feel like you can't compare it to the other two.
Alien IMO had better characters than the Thing.

Yeah, Alien's crew was nice but The Thing's crew were more fleshed out as characters from top to bottom than Alien's crew.

I cared more about the characters in Alien than Aliens breh.
Aliens had the cool crazy badass soldiers....but even with that Predator > Aliens in terms of characters.

I can't lie, this isn't an easy choice. I'll give the edge to The Thing crew because honestly who knows what happens they way it ended. 
Your own people could end up being your downfall. I got to think on this, I might back pedal.

Man nobody gave a shyt about either of them, so you telling me when they died, you was like noooooo. Damn that's messed up.
This death has tried to have been recreated in NUMEROUS films. most notably Starship Troopers. And Hudson is a way more recognizable character. than either of those two BY FAR.
More recognizable character as well. and damn sure more memorable.

I love The Thing and Predator but Alien and Aliens both NAILED their crew members. Especially Aliens.
