Whole soundtrack was great. It kicked off my love of Burt Bacharach and Herb Alpert.
Are we only counting official Bond themes or can unoffical themes count as well because there are plenty of songs that were supposed to be official Bond themes that were cancelled at the very last minute. One of my favorite Bond films is Tomorrow Never Dies and Sheryl Crow performs that theme.... but originally K.D. Lang was supposed to perform the theme and in my opinion she had the better theme of the two and it's one of my favorite Bond themes:
Someone on youtube redubbed the Tomorrow Never Dies intro credits with K.D. Lang's theme and it fits like a gloveTomorrow Never Dies is one of my favorites too, along with one of my favorite themes. I'd actually be interested in hearing them swap versions. KD Lang's version is great, but it seems like her voice is almost to strong and distinct for it. And while Cheryl Crow fits her version, I think it could use a voice like Lang's, especially for the hook.
Either way, both versions are piff.
