B-Hop looks polished as hell here. I'm guessing this is from several years after he already turned pro? I noticed the dude on the megaphone said B-Hop fought on the Tyson-Ruddock undercard, and that was in '91. So B-Hop was already a seasoned pro here as you can tell and not an inmate/amateur. Also the 1st dude he was sparring is Steve Little. A late-80's-90's era semi-journeyman who gave alot of world class Middleweights/Super-Middleweights tough fights and even beat Michael Nunn.

so where do you get your drinks from in between rounds? and coaching?

I know the regular routine in a gym but where I go sparring is after technique solo and pads and there is no coaching during sparring. That's just the way they run it. Water.

steve little god bless him (RIP)...dude was a tough journeyman...he wasn't supposed to beat mike nunn but he did..knocked him down and everything and became super middleweight champ..its a shame how dirty don king did him when that shyt happened
