Really? "In the Pale Moonlight" is probably on the GOAT list instead of that episode, IMO.
I said one of, not THE greatest.
They probably picked up on the general trend and figured "hey in thirty years it will be worse". No different than The Simpsons.

Why wouldn't it be? It's a classic episode. It's at the very least a top 50 Star Trek episode across all the various series.
