Had a family reunion/BBQ yesterday, about 100 people showed up. Just straight black people old and young. Black men with black women black children.

Black music on the speakers, Jamaican food.

very true. Ive been driving trucks long distance for the past year and its made me appreciate being around people that look like me. Since ive always been around black people i took it for granted. Since ive been driving trucks, ive been to alot of little towns that have little to no black presence. I feel really uncomfortable when i go to places like that.
