Been on Keto+IF for 5 months and have been hitting the gym 6 days a week. First time I went to the gym 5 months ago couldn't do one, went to the gym today and did 10 straight. Ain't much but its just nice to see results :yeshrug::blessed:

Well done, losing weight will of course help

Another thing to help improve is do weighted pull ups, when you do bodyweight ones you feel light as a feather lol

Are there any decent alternatives to pull ups? I've heard they're really good but the gym I go to doesn't have the facilities (its basically a home gym)

I've seen plenty of "big guys" who can't do a single pull up, they need to use the assist on the pull up machine, so props to you for doing them on your own
