There are lower, middle class & wealthy blacks in Atlanta. Are AAs mostly in the PJs up north?

The problem up north is that they all followed the New York City model, where they herded most of us into the "inner-city" while White folks were given the suburbs where the jobs and opportunities are.

So like Milwaukee, Chicago, and even Indianapolis are more segregated than a lot of southern cities are.
