106 & PARK” is undergoing exciting changes. Angela Simmons will continue to guest host until the end of the summer. Bow Wow aka “Mr. 106 & Park” will continue as the lead host; Miss. Mykie, Paigion and Shorty Da Prince will no longer remain on the show. BET Networks is happy to have worked with these bright, young stars and will continue to support them and their upcoming endeavors.

Yea, it was an online contest. They were all in the business before this so they either went back to their market or moved to a bigger market on radio, etc.

Yeah they officially got dropped, and bow wow made the announcement via twitter yesterday congratulation Angela on joining the 106&park family even though she's been co hosting for the past month.

I feel sorry for those other host, I'm sure they thought their lives were about to change and BET just pretty much took their souls

Hopefully they get paid for the remainder of their contracts, but it's the Entertainment biz, nothing is permanent

i think they fired them because supposedly ratings spiked when Angela was guest hosting with Bow Wow. so they said fukk it and hired her permanently.
