I check our stats daily and last year, I was on my way. THIS year I'm objectively the best person on my entire team. I mean it's SAD. It's honestly me and another breh carrying the ship.

For example: I went on vacation the week before last. I came back and cleared the number of tickets in a DAY that our most useless person did for the entire for the entire week


On one end, shidddd.... I'm the clear standout. Pulled into various shyts that'll lead to even more money at SOME point, but at the same time, damn...


Are these b*stards near my pay as they sit on their ass? We got a new C-Suite exec and our first meeting, he was talking about levels and suggested I look for what else is out there For those who experienxed a similar circumstance: What did you do?

There’s a super messy co worker at my job who tells everybody business(legit personal shyt) that the whole job can’t wait to see get beat up cuz she was roasting a girls autistic kid

She found out and called off the last 2 days like the throw rocks hide hands coward she is . She can run but can’t hide cuz mad people know where she lives .she also told a chick I use to smash some things I said about her wakk personality.I hope she gets put in the icu

I work with cats like this… literally don’t know or don’t care. Luckily for me, idc either. They see who sitting around talking about the game and who is working.

Whats going to happen is eventually you are going to get tired or burned out. I’ve literally watched dudes wait for me to get to work to do shyt… cool

That also gives you power. If they know you can do everyones job in your sleep, they know they either got to pay you or make you as satisfied as possible. But if you feel unhappy, either stick it out or move on.
