My favorite land animal is a bear. Mind you, the bear in the video is a black bear. Grizzlies can be twice as big and are much stronger.

Grizzly bears are my favorite apex predators. Very fast for it's size, extremely agile, super strong, can climb trees, paws can knock your head off. I became fascinated with them after watching an old movie with Anthony Hopkins and Alec Baldwin called The Edge.

Usually black bears are pussies, wonder what it was chasing dude for. Maybe a cub nearby?



This is one of the wildest animal videos I've ever seen, though. Just shimming up a tree like it's nothing.

depends where you live. always know your environment. i gotta go hours out to be in bear country but i did run into Coyotes and deer in the middle of the city of Toronto a couple months ago.

True, I’ve been hiking before but not where there’s bears or anything that would think I’d be a good meal.
