who here has used battle rope in gym? i've always seen people on youtube doing it and decided do it for the first time on Tuesday i did about 10 seconds for 3 rounds alternating whips and almost died today my biceps and my back is sore
what kind of results you been seeing?I do it every time I’m in the gym.
Regular wave for 50 secs Monday. That was an accomplishment cuz I usually tap out at 30 secs.
I also do the joint where I put a jump box in the middle and do the wave while moving my feet from side to side.
