I think he's blinded by his faith. Just on a superficial level anyone can see Christianity took bits and pieces from many different religions and cults. The cross = ahnk, plus many iterations of a trinity, the soul going to the underworld for judgment ( which he ironically pointed out in the video) Dec 25th "births" allusions to the sun, which ties in to the Dec 25th birth.
