Never realized all the incredible runs featuring the Dark Knight. Right now I'm going through the Batman Neal Adams Omnibus and it's really a beautiful book. Thinking about getting the collected editions featuring the Jim Aparo and Marshall Rogers run, not to mention collected editions of Legends of the Dark Knight and Batman Confidential. Any other collections that I should take a look at (please none of the usuals- Long Halloween, Dark Knight returns, etc)

Read Hush and the entire Snyder run (Zero year was my favorite because it was like a fun take on the Nolan movies, plus I'm a sucker for good retellings of origin stories). I'm not a novice to Batman or DC stories, but a lot of the old shyt wasn't collected until recently (pre-crisis Batman stories) and DC continuity is shoddy as fukk. My favorite Batman run was probably Grant Morrison's stuff leading up to and including Batman RIP. Probably will look into some of Jim Aparo's Batman books; only stuff I have with his artwork are Death in the Family and some old Brave and Bold issues I got from a bin sale.
