This was long overdue. Too many parents allow their kids to just be wherever at all times of the day and night. At 1am I can hear underage kids outside on when they supposed to be at school in a few hours. When they get sent to juvey that shyt should be structured like Navy seals training. Make them cry and wish they never got sent there. fukk that camp cupcake shyt they be sending their asses to. It's nothing but a glorified daycare for teenagers.
