Bad shoulders/rotator cuffs

I used to love pushups and dips but what im assuming to be my cuffs are really bad

Any advice on how to fix this? I can bench just fine with the weights I have at home but nothing feels better to me than banging out a good set of pushups

shyt makes me feel like Black Dynamite but now I'm Cream Corn status

I always warm up my rotator before chest and shoulder days, doing external rotations took the pain out of my shoulders. I suggest you get on those and do a couple sets, light weight on the cables.
