The product hasn't even come out yet and there is a growing chorus among old cacs against Glass for fear of privacy. I saw this on youtube and couldn't help laughing.
at that bytch being worried about getting her pic taken in the locker room
This generational divide is hilarious. Don't they know that we're already putting our entire lives on the internet from facebook to twitter. Folks under 25 that grew up on facebook, youtube, and twitter don't give a fukk about privacy. Plus they don't understand privacy laws.
Here's a quick legal summary: You don't have a right to privacy when you step out into the public square. Anyone can take your picture or record you in public. Your right to privacy only applies when you have a legitimate expectation that the conversation is in private. For example, if you are at starbucks having a conversation that can be overheard by other patrons, then it would be legal for someone with Glass to record you. Just as it would be legal for someone with Glass to record you on public walkways.
