Give me some advice. I need it :to:

Not because of my infrastructure/strength of my back; but, because of my limited knowledge of variety of exercises. All I do is chin-ups, lateral pull-down, rows, and the dumbbell row :to:

Of course I change rep/weight/set/rest time via each and every week but still :to:

Oh yeah, before anyone suggests it, I don't do dead-lifts :birdman:

Snatch-grip Deficit Deadlifts will have you feeling like a monster. Do them.

So will WEIGHTED chip-ups :wow:

Do a variety of rows.....t-bar, pendlay, underhand grip, Croc rows, V-bar, hammer strength machines.

If you're in a rut, try to FOCUS on hitting the muscle during the exercise. I used to think it was bullshyt, but the whole mind-muscle connection shyt is real. Focus on squeezing/contracting the muscle you're trying to target.

I'll leave this here too.. My 4 day split combines back/shoulders so I choose a combo of these exercises and run with it

If you don't do conventional deads you can do a diff variation like rack pulls. It's not easier per-say but it's less scary

bent over rows with a barbell regular grip and underhanded grip with wide pull ups in-between sets breh... thats what i start my back day out with. then move on to maybe deadlifts. also do 1 arm rows. hit the row machine n make sure you pulling low and squeeze like a motherfukker when you pull back, and get a good stretch when you reset

Add rack pulls and T-bar rows to what your doing and you will be worn out after that.

Heres a vid showing how great Rack pulls are for back development:

Imma try these rack pulls :ohhh:

T-bar row is my favorite back exercise.

I switched up how I do them too.

I use smaller weight like the 25 lbs and rack that up.

Man that shyt changes the range of motion :banderas:

It allowed me to go heavier and keep perfect form.

First time I've done that much weight on t-bar row.
