Give me some advice. I need it
Not because of my infrastructure/strength of my back; but, because of my limited knowledge of variety of exercises. All I do is chin-ups, lateral pull-down, rows, and the dumbbell row
Of course I change rep/weight/set/rest time via each and every week but still
Oh yeah, before anyone suggests it, I don't do dead-lifts
