I've been thinking Kendrick is gonna take public shots at ye. Iirc, there's tension there because of ye trying his hardest to get Kendrick to do the yeezus tour when they wanted to work on the album. Beforehand, Kanye was saying how excited he was to actually sit down and talk to Kendrick but then stories came out that they only interacted once for a brief moment, had him eating lunchables back stage and had him write and record references for him.

NAS is the GOAT. But we in Kenny's era now.....it's just the natural progression of things. The crown always keeps moving. Nas is taking his victory laps right now. But I think Kenny is just coming into his stillmatic stage. I feel like this is gonna be the start of a new chapter for him. He seems angry at the state of the rap game and society in general.

I felt like DAMN was more of an album to appease the fans. Something everybody can enjoy. But I think this new one is gonna be the album he made for himself. Different than anything else he's done. I wanna see him get on his cube shyt and just start calling everybody out. The game needs Kendrick more than ever right now.

It would be dope if Kendrick and Nas both get nominated for grammys and Kendrick wins. Could be a real passing of the torch moment. The all time GOAT and today's GOAT winning in back to back years

That’s why this shyt is just so amazing….My old school GOAT (NaS) and my generation’s GOAT (Kendrick) doing major things this year that’s shaking the music world up on some King shyt Got me feeling real good about Hip Hop this year in a way I haven’t felt about it since 2014.
