Classic. If only we got a Nas/AZ album in the mid to late nineties![]()
It’s exactly a good album, I’m also somebody that wasn’t lively through that time so it didn’t fail expectations like people that were expecting the world. You say this and it brought me to the realization that I've never listened to the firm album in its entirety

I listened to it today...and literally the biggest problem with it is there’s NOT enough Nas and AZ on it...shyt deadass has foxy hoe-rap solo songs, a track with foxy and her lil brother...a track with nature and Dre (poorly) rapping in some approximation of that east coast multisyballic mifiso style, multiple wack ass sex skits.... Nas and AZ only appear on 4 tracks togetherYou know what? I did the same shyt. That album was such a disappointment when it first came out that I didn’t listen to the entire album myself for a couple of years. It grew on me though. Lyrically Nas and Az were throwing it down though.
