Ayo, Im looking to add flavor 2 my drums. Need software amps, compressors etc). Any recomendations??

Im goin for that Mobb Deep Infamous kinda feel... I got a good thang goin on right now, just layering my own drum sounds over amplified breaks. But all I got is the logic bass amp, which has MAJOR limitations.

I would greatly appreciate suggestions. A breh trynna level up once more

on fl studios, if you add your drums to the mixer, then throw on 'mono tape simulation' from the mixer presets on the left hand side, and then mess around a bit, you get really snappy, thick drums

For that Mobb Deep feel you need to throw a long reverb on your drums.

Did this in FL Studio just now to show you. I used a Havoc drumkit for this which he released himself.

after you group your snare/hihat/kick to the mixer,
it's in the browser, you click on 'mixer presets' and it has 'mono tape simulation'

click and drag that to the channel of the mixer with your snare/hihat/kick

and then it's gonna add 3 things to the channel

waveshaper, vocoder, and another one. You basically leave the vocoder on, but unclick the other two.
