My girl has been playing this since launch and I've sat and watched a few times. I peep she's fighting a boss character named Evina. A powerful black chick. I start talking shyt like why you attacking this innocent black lady for really I'm just amazed to see a black chick as a side boss or whatever. You don't see that often

She later goes into town and most of the towns folk is nikkaz. I see you avowed

Pillars 2 might literally have the best gaming linguistics ever. A more than respectable depiction of a quasi black faction with the Valian Republics being on some spanish and moor type s*** with the ill colloquials. Even a sorta pacific island type of representation was done cool with the Huana culture Aumaua I haven't tried Avowed yet but I'd imagine it's at a solid level lore design coming from Obsidian​

It’s a fun time. The lore and stuff are making me wanna play POE2. Played the first and put in like 80 hrs but never beat it. I do enjoy my iso RPGs.
