Avengers 2 rumor: Tony Stark's JARVIS will be the source of/transform into ULTRON

Whether or not the source is accurate, this theory actually makes a lot of sense, what with it being confirmed that Pym won't be the creator of Ultron in Whedon's universe and with the convention teasers for the movie showing an animation of an Iron Man mask transforming into Ultron's face.

Yeah, it's unclear if Pym will be involved at all. The studio probably doesn't want any obligation to set him up before Avengers 2.

Whedon is on record as saying therer will be no Henry Pym in Avengers 2 so if this rumor is true I would assume that Jarvis will go rogue stemming from any upgrades Stark made to the AI after the events of Iron Man 3.

Iron Man 3 sets this up pretty blatantly. Tony isn't going to give up making adjustments on all his toys. Next logical step is to create a self thinking Iron Man especially since he doesnt wanna be in the suit anymore. They announced a month or two ago that Ant Man was not gonna be Ultron's creator so this makes sense.
