I've always been a Onkyo man in the past, but I bought the one model lower Yamaha 473 AVR about 6 moths back and this things pumps out good clean powerful sound. I paid more for that AVR and speakers and this deal should sound better than my setup which I'm happy with.

Yeah, but my basement is unfinished (it's studded though) so I want to run/install the right wiring. Most of all, these same models will be cheaper next year summer.
