We can now confirm release dates of WWE’s Attitude Era and New World Order DVD sets for late 2012.

First up is the nWo DVD and it’s to be officially released on Tuesday November 6th, 2012. The main feature is a documentary on the group’s history, according to the synopsis.

Two weeks later sees the release of the Attitude Era themed DVD on Tuesday November 20th, 2012. This one could turn out very interesting given the recent indications that WWE may now be free to use the WWF “scratch” logo without blurring. We can’t yet confirm that also applies to DVD, but perhaps the release time is no coincidence.

I feel like those eras were wrestling at its height, that was the point in time where regular nikkas like me watched that shyt and it wasn't frowned upon by the rest of society :shaq2:

now the only cats left watching it today are weirdos :heh:

definitely gonna check out these two joints tho :ahh:

That other NWO one was OK but it kinda just focused to the people they were pushing on TV at the time, like Hogan and Nash. It was more like an extended feature on them than it was a full doc. Also, they've stepped their DVD game up considerably since the last one, which was in like 2002. I'm thinking this one will tell the story a lil' more in-depth.

The Attitude Era one should be good business. I'm pretty sure the documentary will be :damn: And of course they'll probably throw all the matches you expect on the DVD but I guess it's only right. I've seen Austin/Rock, Rock/Mankind, Undertaker/Mankind, Undertaker/Kane, Hardyz/E&C/Dudleyz enough for a lifetime, but it'll be ideal for younger people who might not have caught that era and wanna see that stuff.

Kinda curious who they'll get to talk on the nWo DVD. Figure Nash, DDP, X-Pac, Jericho, Arn Anderson, Mysterio, Big Show, and Dean Malenko will give their thoughts. Maybe DiBiase, Flair and Hall (if he's sober).

that Attitude era DVD has the potential to do numbers if they gonna refrain from blurring the WWF logo in the footage

As long as Vince doesn't let his eternal hate for WCW get in the way, the nWo DVD could be piff if they get the right people and not use recycled stuff

AE DVD could be mega piff with unblurred logos

^^^ That History of WCW documentary was fukking garbage breh

I hope this NWO joint isn't like that.

The History of ECW docu was straight piff tho :ahh:

and Attidude era is honestly the only era of wrestling I really care about....there was some good stuff before that era tho definitely, in the 80s, early 90s. But after 2002 wrestling just got wack for some odd reason, dunno if it had to do with the quality of product or the fact that I got older tho

I don't know about this NWO doc without Hall and Hogan. They better do the Attitude Era one justice.
