There was this movie I remember seeing it came on scifi channel on a Saturday morning.
It had some dude hiding a girl in a hole I think she had on a baby blue blouse and she was really obnoxious.
He was fighting some gang in like I wanna say underground in sewage area?
I remember the villian having on all black and was throwing these chains with blades on the end at the main character.
He also had on a big black hat I think a black trench coat.
I just remember the fight choreography being dope as fukk
