The thing I hate the most is that there will most definitely be multiple all-stars in this draft, maybe even an All-NBA player, but those guys wouldn't be going #1 no matter who had the pick just because. Everybody is gonna act surprised when Zach Edey or Ron Holland end up dominating as if they couldn't reach their 90th percentile outcomes like anybody else. I feel like we would have a better shot at getting a superstar at like 8th just because we would be more accepting of the luck of the draw than trying to pick who we're "supposed to" at the top.
