Man this song and Lyrics to Go are some of my go to ATCQ tracks, both were either an alarm or ringtone at one point. I always thought the music video and feel of the track was a good representation of where they were as a group 4 albums deep

word

The Ummah made some sick shyt

I remember being in a barbershop in Harlem as a kid watching this video and I was :gladbron: when I saw them sliding thru the chute. Man I love ATCQ definitely my favorite group. Yo by the way anyone thing Phife is one of the more underrated rappers? He had metaphors and similes for days, had strong punchlines and had smooth delivery. I dont think people speak on it as much as they should when they talk about good rappers.

Damn the album cover for the love movement reminds me of Martin Margiela.
All it needs is the 4 stitches on the back cover.
ATCQ was ahead of their time.

The album itself was bit of let down, tho.

Still ATCQ = :lawd:

Word. It was because you had to prove yourself to your peers back then no matter what clique you were in. If you were in Zulu Nation or Wu Tang or Dungeon Family, you had to prove your worth. Even Jarobi could spit :pachaha: Now its not about skill and catchiness, its just about catchiness. Thats why shyt is wack now.
