I noticed that even if i get 8-9 hours of sleep but go to bed at like 2 AM i still feel :flabbynsick: the next day.

do you have a regime? does this sleep thing influence you at all? :leon:

go to sleep at 1am, wake up at 730am. usually feel like shyt but i dont do anything at work so it works. if i had actually had a busy job i would be going to sleep much earlier.

during the week i'm up at 5:45 and usually in bed by 11.

weekends i usually go ham, earliest ive went to bed over the past month or so has been 3am, usually 4 or 5 though. i cant sleep in like i used to so im up by 930 typically

recently I been going to sleep at 1am and waking up at 10pm. It aint easy for me I can easily stay up till 4am and sleep till 1pm but I been working on it. Im in college so I don't really have to be up early, but if i get into the gym by noon I noticed I have more energy and have a better work out. Then I have all day to eat since I'm bulking up.

Bout 3-4am even if I have to get up at 8am. Woke up at 12pm today though, fell back asleep and woke up at 5pm.

11:30AM up around 6:00AM but I will lay in bed, answer email, surf the next and watch news for an hour if I'm not working out that day.

trying to keep to sleep by midnight and I wake a 8am. If I don't get at least 7 hours of sleep my day doesn't go as good and my body feels more sore after workouts.

Generally I'm in bed by 11PM and up around 7-730AM. My quality of sleep varies though. Like last night I went to bed around 11 and got up at 6AM, but that was because I slept right through. I usually wake up at least once, maybe around 4AM to take a piss

My apt is loud as fukk though... w/a comfy bed and no noise all I need is like 7 hours. When I was at the resort in Mexico me and wifey were in bed between 11-12 and up around 6 every day, feeling extra refreshed. So the quality of sleep is big too. All the sleep in the world doesn't matter if its shytty

11:30 - midnight everynight and wake up a little past 8. Not too bad. During the school year I was getting up at like 6:30am :leon:

3-3:30 am wake up around 10 am.

I've never been the type to for 10-11 hours. I hate those people with a passion because they just seem lazy. A decent 6-7 hours of sleep and I'm good.
