At what point did working out become routine?

I only started taking weight training seriously a couple of years ago and I never thought that I would get to the point now where I'm going three times a week. It's to the point where I don't even think about it, it's just a part of my life now for better or worse.

I got to thinking about this because one of my coworkers said she was going to start doing eighty squats a day up until Christmas (she made this pledge about two weeks before Christmas), so I would :troll: her every day and ask her if she did her squats and she said no :heh:

I avoided it for YEARS. Regret it immensely.

After I graduated...I started going hard. I literally lift/run/play bball.....or something 7 days a week. I can't imagine not doing something for an entire day.

When I signed a 3 year contract(bally's) at 18, to pay the gym $30 a month :snoop:

Might as well take advantage of it :manny:

I signed up for NYSC back in 2008. I went very sporadically in 2009 when I signed up for a personal trainer but didn't start going regularly until 2010. :snoop:

I got that discount through my job now, and they actually offer money back if you go enough times during a six month period ... I have to look into that.

Myself. fukk 12(1)!
I've been an athlete since junior high, so it's pretty much always been routine.

Played sports all my life, started running marathons after I graduated college.

Proper workout plan is so important for health and fitness. I have joined gym since 5 years, at the initial stage, I felt problem in making routine. But now I can't skip it. This routine gives me physical and mental fitness. It boosts energy and also improves muscles tone.

I literally forced myself into a morning routine. I knew that i wouldnt be able to go every evening because if we are busy at work (85% of the time), i could easily stay until midnight and any prior plans would fall out the window.

Every night, I make sure that my formal clothes are in the car just so when i wake up all i have to do is eat light breakfast and drive to the gym. From there i go to work. Even when i have had less than 4 hours of sleep, i still go!!! I have become so used to going that i feel like crap when im out of town and there is no place to workout nearby

3 yr varsity and played AAU bball for a min. I got a huge ego ( :shaq: ), so I always want to look the best. Working out helps so many things. Hairline, skin, stress, sex, fitted clothing, etc.

I started lifting in college... prob put on a good 20lbs of solid lean mass, we ate good freshman + sophomore year brehs. I had a bunch of buddies I lifted with so it was easy.

Junior year I moved back home and got busy/lazy. Senior year same story. Super senior year same story. Finally started to work out by myself after I got my first job, only took time off after a serious accident.

I'm trying to get into a similar routine with cardio and healthy eating. Grilling up some brussel sprouts right nah :eat:
