Should you enjoy your freedom in life for as long as you can? Is that why people have mid life crisis'?

I honestly think I might read Eat Pray Love just because I like the concept of being free.

But anyway :birdman: What yaw think?

:dahell: theres not an age requirement on settling down :dahell:

the only requirement you should have if its with the right person
So you think there should be nikkas settling down at 16? You don't even get to experience life then you end up like them nikkas from 16 and pregnant that were on couples therapy.

i say 30's by that time you should be far enough into your career and start thinking about building a family.

i'm seeing chicks in their 20's with 3-4 kids, i'm like whatpartofthegameisthat? At what point do you say to yourself its a good idea to have that many kids in your early 20s?

theres plenty of successful marriages that started at 16 bruh back in the days...even though I think thats an extreme example to try and support your case :stopitslime: knowing that in this day and age not too many people are getting married at 16

How you think people get to 50-60 year anniversary :dahell: they get married at 18-25

mafukkas failing to add math in this thread or something :dahell:

How many successful marriages you know of people getting married at 38

Every successful marriage ive ever seen they got married in they early to mid 20s (im talking 20+ year marriages)

the ONLY problem with OUR generation and getting married young and fukkin the whole marriage game up is people get married for all the wrong reasons

you know how many young people I know get married cause they are leaving for the military :dahell: how the fukk that a valid excuse to get married :dahell:

or they confuse lust for love (9 out of 10 this is usually the problem in young marriage)

some of these dudes be letting themselves get bullied into settling in their 20's. chicks nowadays don't look at marriage the way it should be looked at. They look at it as a compliment and shyt to brag about. The wedding day is the only thing they see in their minds. After that its a unplanned life and lets just see what happens next..

notice you said BACK IN THE DAYS...when marriage actually meant something

Not to be too technical, but I don't really like or use the term "settling down" for marriage. That phrase has such borgata be connotations that it scares people away from doing something they otherwise may find enjoyable. It makes people think they have to stop having fun and now need to get serious. It's all about framing. Viewing marriage as being with your best friend for the rest of your life is an amazing way to look at it, and viewing settling down as a journey and opportunity also makes you view life differently as well.

That being said, you settle down when you find your best friend.

Cause that is bullshyt "tradition" that creates poverty or puts people in poverty. Especially in the days of extreme cost of living. Some people fall pressure of their peers and mental slaves that want them to share misery of how they suffering.
