At this point you would have to be a damned fool to bet on NFL games.

Especially with a line like tonights..
I'm truly not trying to rub it in anyone's face who bet the packers..

I got some good advice a while ago.
"if something looks too good, go the other way or stay away"

Especially with nationally televised prime time games.

I used to bet in this bar in the bronx. It was a Monday night game
I remember the jaguars were at home getting 3.5 against the falcons or saints.

Anyway the jaguars were horrible..so I was thinking out loud
and I said I was gonna bet against the jags.

This old head said 3.5 points? You don't think that's a little strange?
You think the bookies are just giving away money tonight?

Needless to say the jaguars won outright.

I say that to say this
If something looks too good to be true.it usually is
Bookies set lines for a reason..don't fall into the public trap..

There's a reason everyone on my Facebook and twitter is crying about this packers game right now

we are actually talking about some sort of refund plan for people who bet the packers for our book in vegas. i just got off a conference call. we shall see. the money refunded would be peanuts compared to the customer loyalty and influx of new customers we would get from the move

*Salute*

That's definitely the right thing to do. If the public feels like ya'll are willing to treat them fairly, I can definitely see ya'll picking up some new customers.

There are better ways to risk your money to make money than betting on NFL games.

I disagree and think the whole replacement refs issue is overblown from a betting perspective. The real refs fukked up all the time too.

Plus I had the Seahawks ML :smoker:
