well guess i mind as well play armchair booker, heres what i would have vince do:

call the whole roster to the ring and tell nobody backstage whats hes gonna say

1. 1st thing i'd have him say is "this show SUCKS"

2. next thing i'd have him do is talk about it is how all these guys are complacent and if he had had this roster during the monday night wars, he'd be outta business and then he's starts picking out people

3.have him go look cm punk in the face and tell him that the only reason he gave into his demands on his new contract was the same reason he helped his mentor paul heyman and that was because he saw that fire that he once had in cm punk's eyes and, he saw a little vince mcmahon in him and thought cm punk had the balls to shake this company up

But instead, we threw you a t-shirt and a video game cover and you were satisfied, you didnt mind the fact that as wwe champion you're curtain jerking ppvs left and right and that john cena main evented wrestlemania over you without even any sort of fight about it from punk, you didn't really want change anywhere except your paycheck and you phil brooks are a complete disappointment

4.I'd have him then go on about how he has to bring back all these older guys like rock and brock to draw houses because his current roster isnt cutting it and isnt getting over, even going so far as to say for better or for worse michael cole gets a bigger reaction thans 90% of them

5.I'd have him say there should only be 1 champion and that there will be a tournament for it that will end at summerslam with a new wwe world champion crowned who will then be the flagship of the company and as of now all titles are vacated and will have tournaments held for them as well

6.I'd have him say (keeping some semblence of kayfabe) that under hhh's rule as coo, ratings and buyrates have plummeted to lows not seen since his buddy kevin nash was champion and that he's gonna shake things up as only he can and if anybody has a problem with anything he's said, he will have an open door policy and welcomes everybody to the NEW WWE.

The PG stuff has jack shyt to do with WWE's horrible storylines and booking of matches.

Raw sucks for the same reason it always sucks, WWE creative gets lazy and the bookers rely too much on the top stars on the brand and completely neglect the mid and lower cards.

I wouldn't call laziness the central problem, but they do seem to lack inspiration.

All of their booking ideas seek to evade traditional wrestling booking strategies. And since they don't want to focus on wrestling it makes it even more difficult to devise ideas for monthly pay per views.

It would serve them better to build a feud towards a title v. title match. Then slowly just turn it into one title. I think if anything, they should be more dedicated to keeping the brands apart with the Intercontinental and US Titles becoming the main titles of each brand. This brings them more prestige as you would have "main eventers" feuding for these titles, and others fighting for the chance to be the number one contender for that title or for the WWE title. If you wants lower titles, so you can groom some guys, bring in the tv title or something like that.

Since Vince already thinks the audience is retarded..he should just turn the current wrestlers into Attitude era guys..and just re-do the same storylines.
