I can't think of anyone else who fathered more of these commercial rappers' style. He and Irv Gotti pretty much ushered in this "thug luv" era. 50 clowned it then mimicked it and pretty much every rapper has been doing it since.

Don't get it twisted, we had thug luv songs before this but I'm talking about the commercialized version that we've seen in the past decade. Kanye's softest song about chicks is still lyrically/musically unique.
