exactly. my hardest teachers were my black teachers, but I knew why. They wanted better for you and didn't want you to blow it, especially the kids with so much potential.

Same here. Had black women teachers that kept a foot in my a$$ towards better. Held me accountable everyday to the point I hated going to class sometimes because they wouldn't let me bullshyt like I wanted. Im extremely grateful towards the black male and female teachers I had. I feel sorry for the brehs who couldn't experience that.

And that is fine. But I have seen a trend of young men that are not in education and are not learning a trade.
