Shattered kneecap as a youth. Now I’m getting back into the shyt that did it to me:blessed:

It’s been a week and im already sick of my limits

If I’m gonna get back to 100 I need strength training. The problem? I gotta do it from home atm with no equipment

Will squats and calf raises with 30lbs of books on my back do it?
