Does anyone have a good at home circuit they can share? I been looking online but haven't came across. I need a routine that I can do especially in the AM. Is there anyone here who has done this or anyone that knows some good stuff?
you just trying to do bodyweight stuff or you got weights/bands? really, you can make your own, i make my own all the time that

i usually follow the format of a round = 1 upper, 1 lower, 1 ab/core, 1 min round of cardio
example: 20 bent over rows, 40 mountain climbers, 20 squats, 1 min of jump rope
make 3-4 rounds and do each round 2-3 times, you got a workout
