Any of you ever had or deal with asymmetry, (e.g. one trap or bicep) is slightly smaller on one side than the other? If you have and fixed it was it just a matter of doing more work on that side/muscle? I've noticed that some areas like my quads and bi/tris seem slightly off in terms of size and definition for a while now.

Speak on it.

other than that if it's real serious see a chiropractor or massage therapist
somebody to asses imbalances and help you get in line

or you may just be a lopsided motherfukker

My back and shoulders are actually my best feature :heh:

I feel as though I just have to focus on doing more reps and using the "smaller" side for everyday things, (e.g. picking up shyt and whatnot)
