im 6;2 weighing in 164 pounds.. my arm reach is 78 inches. i can bench 55-60 lbs dumbells, curl 40-45 lbs and squat 60 on each side. i want to reach 185 all muscle. i currently have cytogainer protein shake thats about to finish.

i want advice on some good protein shakes i can get and i hear that i should also take some pills or someshyt. i started working out 6 months ago, and i weighed 140 so the cytogainer worked pretty good. but in the last two months i haven't gained any weight. so i wanna see what other things i can get to help me out

Strength still going up during plateau? Sounds like you need more food. Should make some good gains with a balanced diet + milk + peanut butter + even more milk.

If you need some extra gainz in the form of weight gainers I liked Real Mass by Gasapari the best, but I will never buy Gasapari shyt again so I'd go with BSN's True Mass (amazing taste/solid,thick,tight gains). Optimum Nutrition's Serious Mass is meh, tastes bad and mixes even worse, and I didn't like Cytogainer at all. Gainers are expensive and I only used them in a pinch, basically when I knew I was going to miss a meal.

You can make a decent weight gainer yourself. 2 scoops of whey + peanut butter + 16 oz milk + fruit + oats + ice cream + whatever you want to add, in the long run it will be cheaper and you can manipulate the macros/calories to fit your needs.

There's no magic weight gain pill unless they are telling you to take pro-hormones.

Caffeine pills and pre-workouts, if you want extra-energy, pump and focus.

Think they sell caffeine pills at Vitamin Shoppe. Pre-workouts are something you are going to have to try yourself to see which one you like best.
