At what age did you seriously start body building?

How do you prepare for a competition? How far out do you start to cut?

What would you say is your most effective back exercise (other than DL).

What are your opinions on weighted pullups referring to the 1st question.



I ask cause im starting to feel like BB rows puts slabs of meat on my back way better than weighted pullups, and i do +160x5
