Believe it or not, most colleges don't go out of their way to enroll black students unless they have the merit to be there.
I figured our numbers wouldn't change much. The people in colleges because their parents are wealthy and have connections are usually white, overturning the law just makes it easier for more George W Bush c student Types to attend ivy leagues
