you know how Breaking Bad would slip small stuff from earlier seasons into scenes and whatnot, Arrested Development birthed that

Trust me, it's worth the watch, and even more worth it the second go round.
Not only do they slip stuff in from previous eps/seasons, they do a lot of foreshadowing. Someone will say something random in episode 2 and in episode 20 something will happen based on a random statement you forgot - that is until you watch it again for a second time.
A lot of double entendres, slick comments and witty speak. Honestly it seems like it was probably the hardest show to have written. I've seen Season 1-3 at least 5 times.
Worth the watch if you like comedy that's not only smart, but it can be stupid/slapstick as well. People are afraid of it because they think it's a "smart" comedy, which it is, but it doesn't take itself seriously in the slightest.
