Does doing dumbell curls like this lead to better results?

I think with this you can make sure that you are only working your biceps and there is less chance of the shoulders being used in lifting the dumbell.

Anyone uses this method?

I've used that method. It's a good workout, you are putting some strain on your back bending over but still it's good for the biceps. Try it I guess and see how you like it. It's great for building a peak!

Y'all need to get on them dumbell incline curls, no other type of curl has me feeling like my biceps about to explode. That myotatic stretch reflex :damn:

Do you keep your legs straight or bent? I couldnt tell in that video

yeah, slightly bend your knee and arch your back. You should feel the burn and the pump on your biceps. Don't do it with heavy weights though. If you doing heavy, go 4-8 reps. I do it almost every morning before work. It's noticeable :myman:

So, I d say it works
