According to Arn, Jeff Jarrett is not an official member of The Four Horsemen.

Also Flair was only the leader of the Horsemen because Arn let him be the leader of The Horsemen and if JJ Dillon wasn't the Horsemen's manager Arn feels that Bobby Heenan would've been the best replacement.
