Use it for games and more. Mostly to check in so to speak. But you can stumble upon an occasional deal. It's no sure fire thing though.

Yeah. I don’t go to stores blindly looking to see if they have stuff anymore. I don’t have time for that. I check stock online on store websites and use brickseek for an idea of stock and to catch sales / mark downs. It’s not 100% accurate but it’s helpful most of the time. I picked up a google nexus player for $20 (down from $100 if I remember correctly) a few years ago. Brickseek said target had none left but I checked in store anyway and found one. The price on brickseek was correct in this case, the stock wasn’t. It all depends on how much work you want to do for a specific deal. Depending on how good the deal is and how popular the item is, I would recommend NOT calling the store to check stock. Employees have been known to lie about stock on something to try and keep it for themselves. It happened to me with some Sony gold headphones.
